Garlic with the scientific name Allium sativum is one of the most beneficial food which some of its benefits are: decreasing cloistral, triglyceride, blood sugar, curing fever, cough, pain and curing cancer. Garlic also has Vitamin C, Folic acid, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Anti-oxidant. Having garlic in your daily foods is recommended.  The types of garlic in Iran include: Tarom, Tuyserkan and Bandar abas.
