Pomegranate
Pomegranate with the scientific name punica granatum is a one of the fruit trees which its fruits are usually red or sometimes white or sometimes even a combination of both. The color of its outer skin is usually red, sometimes white or yellowish. Pomegranate is usually used for the cleansing of skin and for curing sour throats. Other benifits of pomegranate are its effects on heart diseases, cancer, gastritis, anemia, arthritis and diabetes.
